For someone who talks so much, I had given zero real thought to my voice. As a Photographer (and a human) in today’s society, I tended to focus on the visual side in terms of being seen online etc but I never thought about being heard.

Speech Pathologist Tessa Livingston from Voice Cares dropped in for an incredible conversation about voice, being heard, the fear we have around our voice & the societal conditioning around how men and women “should” be. Of course, we discussed self-worth & the inner work around finding our voice & our own personal experiences with doing so. And, lots more!

This was such a powerful conversation & will help you if you struggle to put yourself out there & find it uncomfortable. We got you 🙂
